finesse, finesse, finesse
I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been extremely pleased with the recent playing of the group. I feel we continue to grow and mature as a band. Individually, I hear noticeable improvements across the board as well as an attention to detail that I feel is bringing us to another level. Thank you for all your hard work and heart for this ministry.

Just kidding....I agree though, it seems as if we have moved to another level, and that's cool.
Scott will need to dig into his vocabulary bag to pull out a new word to describe the next level we need to strive for since we now have finesse.
Actually, I think Michelle should come up with the word, since she is the vocabulary queen of Facebook....
Ok, I'll work on that and I'll have something tomorrow.
